Would you like to make your very own set of Story-Beads from start to finish? Story-Beads is available as a workshop.

The workshop includes:

• All the information needed to choose your own symbols and meanings and the ways in which to use them that are right for each individual.
• Participants’ choice of beads from my personal collection, plus incorporation of any personal beads or “recycled” jewelry of their own.
• Class handouts that include a brief history of prayer beads, examples of different sets of Story-Beads and how to work with them, and plenty of inspiration to get started.
• My support, from start to finish, whether on planning, artistic design, intuitive help or the itty bitty beadwork that can be hard on the eyes.

Each participant will leave with a personalized set of Story-Beads made with their own hands and reflecting their own story of what matters to them. Every workshop ends with a time for participants to share the story of their Story-Beads with the group.

Or host a Story-Beads workshop in your home for your friends and family. The cost of the workshop is $25/person with a required guarantee of 5 people, ($125, payable by host/hostess) and a possible travel fee, depending on location. How Events Work?

After a brief introduction guests are asked to select a bead from my wide collection. Then allow me to set the stage for your guests to speak from their hearts: each guest is offered the opportunity to speak aloud a blessing or “make a wish” for the recipient of the set. This opportunity to express the love they feel and offer their support is the true heart of this offering – the completed set of Story-Beads that the recipient is gifted with is simply a reminder of the sentiments expressed.

The cost of $125 includes my presence at the event, introduction and facilitation, and a completed set of Story-Beads before the end. A possible travel fee may be added depending on location.
